The competition entry: Iceland Cave Tower, in the Graduate Studio room
12 x 8.5 in (30 x 22 cm). Over a sofa, bed or console, art about two thirds the furniture's width looks right: this size suits furniture about 18 in wide.
Small stainless posts: polished standoffs at the corners, so the piece floats just off the wall. No frame needed: the acrylic face is the finish.
